  • Digital materials do not incur shipping fees
  • Download links remain active for 30 days after purchase

3. Physical Materials

For physical materials that may be part of our premium packages:

  • Processing time: 1-3 business days after payment confirmation
  • Shipping within Vietnam: 2-5 business days
  • International shipping: 7-14 business days
  • Tracking information will be provided via email once your package has been shipped

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • Selected shipping method

It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. PTXsolution is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be charged additional shipping fees for redelivery.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

In the event that a package is lost or damaged during transit:

  • Notify us within 7 days of the expected delivery date
  • Provide any relevant information or photos of damaged items
  • We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue
  • Replacement items will be sent once the claim is processed
